At Otmin, we are dedicated to providing high-quality educational e-books and digital guides. Our mission is to deliver valuable content that meets our customers’ expectations.
Digital Content Delivery
All digital e-books and guides are delivered immediately via email or through a secure download link after your purchase is confirmed. Most orders are processed instantly, but in some cases, it may take up to a few hours. You will receive a confirmation email with your download instructions at the address provided during checkout.
Important Note
Please keep in mind that our products are 100% digital assets. Once the download link has been sent or accessed, the product is considered “delivered.” Due to the nature of digital content, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
No Refunds in the Following Cases
The customer places an incorrect order without reading the product description.
The customer is unable to open the PDF or digital file due to not having the appropriate free software (like Adobe Reader).
The customer no longer wants the content after the download link has been sent.
Refund Processing
A refund will only be granted if there is a technical issue with the file itself that prevents it from being read, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 2-14 business days.
